Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 in the case of fraudulent charges. If, for any reason, your bank does hold you liable for any part of this $50.00, Rugonline will assume full responsibility for covering the entire liability, up to the maximum of $50.00. Please note that Rugonline will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card occurred through no fault of your own and resulted from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized credit card use, you must promptly inform your credit card provider in accordance with their reporting guidelines and procedures.
